I'm afraid there is no function that will temporarily swap one period for a= nother.
 
What most schools would do in a scenario like this is set up another timeta= ble week that would be active in that particular week. They would then allo= cate the alternate week to the week of term affected. You would then n= eed to copy all of your lessons to the new week, and make the adjustments required, so it can be time consuming t= o set up.
