Unfortunately this is how the system is currently working and we wouldn't b= e able to keep a ticket open for a feature request for an extended period o= f time. As previously mentioned by my colleague and yourself the best thing= we can offer at this time would be a link to our Ideas portal from here our developers can see ideas from = schools for improvements and features to be added and they can be considere= d for future release.
