Ensure the additional information notes added through Out of School appear on the Individual Register Report for pupil, then all reasons for absence can be seen in conjunction with the pupil's attendance. This is a common feature in other MIS systems ie SIMS
Thank you for your suggestion. Please would you explain how you use the Reason field and the Notes field within the OOS? (For example, do you use both fields? If so, why do you separate the absence information into 2 separate areas?)
