When sending emails to Parents & Pupils, sometimes the Subject Title applied by the sender is not obvious it has come from our School. Could we therefore have the ability to add a prefix of our choice (probably our school name) to the start of the Subject Title for all emails sent via isams? This way the Parents in particular will not think it is spam and delete it.
When I raised this as a ticket on the Help Desk, I was told it was not possible. If you believe it can be done, can you please give me the instructions on how to do it?
This can be done via the Email Templates managed in Email manager in Control Panel
