Currently if iSAMS fields are used in emails, any staff member copied into them receives an email copy which displays the actual isams field names.
Please can they have an exact copy of what the parent / student receives ?
Unfortunately this isn't possible. Where merge fields are used the content of every email is different, so there is no definitive version t send the cc recipient.
