Please can we have clear instructions for how to proceed if a current student's parent notifies us that the family is going to be moving house in a month's time and provides the new address. The existing fields for future address and move in date tend to mislead the user into overwriting the current address. The documentation relating to their use is not clear. As things stand, it looks like all we can do is set an Outlook calendar reminder to change the student's address in iSAMS on the relevant date.
