Please could we have a separate "Resolution" field on each Concern below the Details field. Although the information can obviously be recorded in Details (our schools are appending the concern details with the necessary paragraph) it would seem to make sense to separate out this information.
A Concern is a set of information about the 'event' which took place. As a result of the 'event' actions could well be required. Therefore only the Actions will have outcomes, this functionality is already present.
