A statement can be viewed or emailed to a parent from Sales > Customers > Actions menu, however, the statement does not include the invoice numbers for the listed charges. So when we send invoices out to parents, and then a statement, they can't easily associate the two.
Parents would receive a better service, and schools would have less parent queries to respond to if this was implemented.
Could you please provide an example of where this happens please.
