I find it extremely disappointing to have my support ticket brushed off & be directed here to gather support from other schools before iSAMS support will consider addressing this issue.
Please can the medical conditions listed under Medical Centre > Manage Conditions be sorted by severity (Severe - Low).
We have a pupil with a lot of medical conditions. The page only shows 5 at a time & therefore users can easily miss that the pupil has severe anaphylaxis as it is hidden away on the second page.
According to Natasha, iSAMS doesn't have the functionality to address this shortcoming. What?!
