You should be able to simply email the report created in Exam Manager with basic information to the pupils directly. Timetables in particular. Their own school emails are stored in iSAMS. You should be able to link this to the Exams Managers and send out directly to pupils.
The complexity of having to get pupils to sign into a portal at such a stressful period of their lives is quite ridiculous. You should be able to immediately send these directly.
Also - we do not provide any exam information to parents. We do not need this to be viewable to them, We just need to send to students, a focus of our training seems to be that you connect to parent portal but this really is completely misguided. Students own their own exam results. They are in no way connected to the parents and their privacy in this area is our priority.
As you mentioned this is already available via the Student Portal. Email is far less flexible and doesn't allow changes or updates to a single document and instead email creates multiple versions of something sensitive.
