It would be great if the only way to add a new visit type / arrived from category was to go via Configuration > Reference Data, ie to have the ability to turn off the 'green plus' when adding a diary entry. This would help keep the data clean for reporting, as the green plus button encourages our various medical staff to add their own as it suits them, which makes reporting really difficult. Med Centre is one of the few areas that allows this, and it would be great to be able to turn it off.
