Include Attachments with E-mail Templates

An attachment could be use to supplement an email body's content like include further instructions. Having to attach an identical file each time a particular e-mail template is used limits e-mail template usability and appeal.

Fields in E-Mail Template Subject

To personalize an email, a particular individual field i.e. name may be wanted to be included into the subject name. Unfortunately fields in the subject are currently not supported.

Bulk Delete or Edit Custom Groups
