Add the option to make field types within rewards and conduct compulsory

Be able to use the fields functionality to actually do something

At the moment, the information entered in fields cannot be seen in any useful way. It doesn't appear in Academic profiles and cannot be accessed from there at all. It doesn't even appear in the list in Rewards & Conduct. The only way to see it...

to limit the number of rewards that can be given in a single time

when add record to multiple, it doesn't limit the assigned points (the system allow MAX=100 points), and causing the data inconsistencies. it's better to limit the points to specific number
