Please set up notifications/emails for actions that have been complete on wellbeing manager

This will save a lot of time for DSLs who have several concerns to manage and have to open them individually most days to check for an action update.

Bulk update visibility

Please could we have the option of bulk-updating the visibility of all concerns for a given child? This would help immensely with staff changes, or when a child moves class, and the new staff need to be made aware of the history.

Wellbeing Concern Category - Hide but not delete

The option to hide a concern that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the informatin through.
