Switching to a new timetable loses all previous cover data in Cover Manager

We often have events which need the Timetable to be suspended for part of a day, e.g. One year group for the afternoon. We can then use 'spare' teachers to cover lessons.
Please could we sign up to be notified when people create new ideas so we can vote on them to drive change and also know what is in development. This would save people creating similar ideas and you have to manage them.

It would be useful to be able to determine the colour of cover sessions as shown in staff timetables. Currently, the colour is very similar to meetings and so isn't very clear.
