It would be useful to be able to set up group conversations and schedule these so parents don’t get a notification until they become active.

It would be great if hovering over the likes on a group conversation showed which parents liked it when comments are disabled. Helps see who is engaging even when we don’t want replies.

In parentmail you can amend parental responses if a parent has selected the wrong response or you can update if you’ve spoke to parent! This saves time as only have to use on document to collate data

It would be really useful on School Spider if you could schedule the same message for the same day and time on multiple weeks. We would use this to remind parents to book their child's dinners in advance.
