It is a statutory requirement for our students to have a UPN, which is allocated at Primary level if they have attended a state Primary School. We have this data but we cannot get it into Edgen without asking the Technical Team to do it.

When running the Consecutive/Cumulative Absence Report, there is currently no option to exclude former pupils (other than manually unticking students you don’t wish to include). Would the development team consider adding this functionality?

It is currently not possible to export contact nationalities. Could this please be added to the Export Configuration?

It would be nice to be able to schedule an email to be sent to a form group or teaching group in case the teacher knows they will be off on a date to remind the students of this and to let them know any work that needs doing.

This feature is being added for students however it would be useful for staff to also have a preferred surname field, as some staff are not legally married but in partnerships and wish to express this.

In order to build better relationships with pupils this functionality would help to facilitate this.It is sometimes difficult for teachers to pronounce difficult names and this could lead to pupils' becoming more self conscious.

When aproving a Leave Request it takes the absence code from the default option set in the Configuration options for "Leave Request Settings". It does not take the code selected by the parents and the person that aproves it can't modify or change ...

Pupils may board in one year but not the next or there may be a major restructure of the house system, as in our case. It would be useful if we could select 'next year's house' as blank to remove them from the boarding house type.
