Alert for an expiring document - HR Module

If an employee Visa as an example document on HR module is nearing its renewal date, how can I set up a banner or alert to notify me of the remaining days until it expires? An alert is very much important for us.

Show future dates in registration

Leave requests to be sorted by school or year group

We would like Leave Requests to be searchable by school or year group. We have Heads of Schools approve leave requests but within the system they have to look at all requests to see which are relevant for them.

Student Profile and Student Manager Sync

Move custom fields from section to section

We want to rearrange some of our custom fields moving them from section to section but according to iSAMS Support it is not possible to do that. Please can this functionality be added to the system.
