Room included in registration alerts

It would be very useful if the registration alerts included the room a pupil is 'missing' from in the body of the notification email. Subject and teacher would be useful too.

Allow different contact defaults by contact type

For example. parents should default to all correspondence, but guardians/agents should not. It would save emails being sent to those that shouldn't get because someone forgot to untick a box

Contact Priority Automatically Updates the Order

When the priority it put in for student contacts it should automatically put them in the correct order rather than having to arrange them manually. This causes problems when syncing with Teachers2Prents/School Money.

have merge fields added within the email function of HR Manager

This would make regular communication to staff about pay and benefits so much more efficient. For example post rollover you could write to each member of staff (selected) with details of their new pay, scales and allowances

Send absences entered in HR Manager to Cover Manager

Currently absence can be entered in Cover Manager and sent to HR Manager using the tick box at the bottom of the form. Please can this be set up the other way around, so that if an absence is added in HR Manager, it can be sent to the Cover Manage...

Be able to retract emails sent from iSAMS email wizard?

As if a staff accidentally send an incorrect email we can retrieve it and send a revision.
