We think that it should not be possible for ordinary users to change the details of an event once it has been authorised. Once authorised we think only moderators/admins should be able to edit items.

Please could some kind of 'term time only' tick box be added torecurring events for Calendar Manager, to avoid events that go on allschool year appearing during holidays

When adding cover they are faint and it makes it difficult to tell who needs covering.

When entering a trip it would be really helpful if there was a column for "End Date" as well as "Start Date". Currently have to fill in a row on the spreadsheet for every day of the trip.

It would be really useful if the member of staff who is responsible for cover could view the Cover Module on the iTeacher App on their device rather than having to log in on a PC.

At the moment iSAMS does not allow emails to be sent to agency staff regarding cover, even if the staff are existing staff under an internal agency set up.we really need this to make cover more effective and automated to all staff.

Show room closures on the 'manage cover' menu, so that I can see at a glance that lessons need re-rooming but don't need a teacher (at the moment, I am having to create a fake teacher absence called 're-rooming', so I can see everything in one place)

It would be great if it was impossible to choose locations in calendar manager that are already booked for lessons in teachers' timetables.

If the attachment changes, you have to redo the whole bulletin. It would be good if you could just delete the old attachment and add a new one, without having to redo the whole bulletin
