In Central, when designing a report, student photos are available in the dataset, however, the menu structure to add them into a page is not available. Could this function be added?

I would like to give some users the ability to create their own reports in Designer but not also to have the rights of an administrator, so not able to edit/delete someone else's report or change any other system settings. Or add/delete users etc.

Create some usage reports based of the relevant SSRS tables that show who ran which reports and when they were run.
