Send Exam Fees Data from External Exams Module to Finance Modules without exporting manipulatin and then re-uploading

Add a routine that can send the external exam fees data from the external exams module directly to the finance modules. Benefit of saved time and lack of transcription errors for both Exams officers and Finance office staff.

Exam invigilators (both Internal and External exams) linked with cover Manager, so teachers can be assigned and shows up on their timetable.

The ability to assign invigilators to the exams on both modules, and this linked to Cover Manager so it can be assigned there and shows up on teachers timetables on iSAMs.

Set rollover action in bulk

For the purposes of rollover, it would be very useful and save a lot of time to be able to select a rollover action for multiple sets over multiple subjects at the same time, instead of having to select a rollover action for each set independently.
