We really need seating plans to be Snaked with letters/numbers. It is frustrating to see you can only use numbers in snake format, and Letter/number combo in a column format.

If a lesson is a double period with no break or is spread over multiple periods in a row, the boxes on the timetable should be linked or merged to ensure clarity. For example, if Maths is over Period 1 and Period 2, the box on the printout should ...

Currently if yu cancel a cover, there is no email, so colleagues still think they have a cover to do, or there is confusion. If a cover is cancelled after publication, could an email be triggered?
