Ability to add teaching staff even if they haven't been assigned a timetable

We are unable to create any absences for our Cover Supervisors because they don't have any timetabled lessons. Would it be possible to include such staff when we 'create an absence' please?

Allow staff to access bulk printing and grading matrix without access to portal publishing.

I have given our teachers access to Report printing so they can use Bulk printing as a good way of seeing who has written what in the reports and using the grading matrix. However, how do I block them from seeing the Portal Publishing

Send Exam Fees Data from External Exams Module to Finance Modules without exporting manipulatin and then re-uploading

Add a routine that can send the external exam fees data from the external exams module directly to the finance modules. Benefit of saved time and lack of transcription errors for both Exams officers and Finance office staff.
