Currently only staff of teaching groups that a student is explicitly added to are notified. If classes are linked, the teachers of linked classes are not informed.

Calculated columns in Gradebooks available in Tracking Manager
Now that Calculated Columns are sharable across Gradebooks, and able to publish to reports, that data must be being stored somewhere. Would it be possible, therefore, to view those columns in Tracking Manager?
Empty Gradebook cells not being marked as 'Complete' in Report Cycle following Gradebook sync.
It would be great if, when we ran a Gradebook sync to a Report Cycle, that the students who do not have any gradebook marks are not marked as 'Complete' in the Report Cycle. It results in numerous students appearing with empty reports.
