Preferred Name on Downloadable Report Templates

When downloading the report template excel spreadsheet, it does not include the students' preferred names. This makes it extremely tough for teachers to fill in the students' reports as they do not know whose reports they are filling in!

The ability to bulk delete mappings

I would like the ability to bulk delete mappings, this would ideally be n the same area as where bulk mappings are created. I would also like a report which would show which elements are mapped to which cycles.

Spell Checker - Allow us to add words to ignore

Cover Manager - ability to select range of periods/times within a day (e.g. p1, 3 and 5) rather than having to enter them all as separate absences

Room Cover to include meetings scheduled to the room

Currently Room Cover Timetable in Cover Manager does not include meetings scheduled to the room being closed. It would be useful to see meetings booked into the room and then to enable rescheduling the meeting elsewhere.
