We use a few different rooms as exam rooms, so need to create multiple seating plans. Sometimes we need to move a student to a different room (maybe for a change in access arrangements etc). However, as far as I can see, it is not possible to edit...

Seating plans should show when a candidate has Arrangement Notes

It would be useful if seating plans - in addition to stating when a candidate has, e.g., 25% extra time or a Word Processor - could show when a candidate has additional EAA notes, so that invigilators know that they need to check what these are. I...

Enlarge the font size so that we can read it

Can we please have the ability to enlarge the font on the iSAMS seating plan so that a human being can read it. Currently we have to export it onto Excel to enlarge it, however, that loses the colour codes for each exam.

Show/Import the Exam Calendar in Calendar Manager?

It would be useful to be able to import and display the 'Exam Full Cycle Timetable' or the 'Exam Cycle Calendar' (from Exam Manager) into the iSAMS Calendar Manager.

Forenames in seating plans

having the students forename makes it easier for invigilators to identify them. Surnames are quite long in some circumstances. A forename is easier to find when looking or calling out a seating plan.

Add tick box for 'Ear Defenders' and 'Coloured Paper' in external access arrangements

A significant number of our students have Ear Defenders and a few need coloured paper / overlays (which is different from colour naming) as part of their access arrangements. While we can detail these additional needs in the Arrangement Notes free...

Manage Seating Plans - output templates default setting 'Letter'

The seating plans run to Word/Excel/pdf but for all formats the default setting is 'Letter' and prints outside the margins of A4. It would be really helpful if the default setting could be 'A4' and it would avoid having to change the print setting...
