Could we remove the 'x' on the RDP? Users use this to 'log out' but then get issues with their log in staying connected, which leads to further issues logging in. Could we just remove the option, to prevent this?

Can Duo be set up within Self Service, instead of needing to be requested through support? Also to show users who have been set up for this (enabled/disabled)

The activity. Tab which informs users under which priority the activity has been set up, would be helpful. At the moment there is no info for users - without admin access- what is the priority.

Within the Documents module, we would request that there is a report built to allow for the Admin team to review the name of the document item and which staff have and have not read this for all documents across the school.

Arrangements categories please can COLOURED OVERLAYS be added as well as SEATING REQUIREMENTS as well as OTHER. I am sure more categories are needed as the current list is restrictive.

It would be good if withdrawn candidates were removed automatically from seating plans.

Duplicate Invoice number across locations. Currently the warning only appears when the same number if used on the same location. If this could flag across locations that would save duplicate orders being rasied.
