Could we remove the 'x' on the RDP? Users use this to 'log out' but then get issues with their log in staying connected, which leads to further issues logging in. Could we just remove the option, to prevent this?

Show/Import the Exam Calendar in Calendar Manager?

having the students forename makes it easier for invigilators to identify them. Surnames are quite long in some circumstances. A forename is easier to find when looking or calling out a seating plan.
We really need seating plans to be Snaked with letters/numbers. It is frustrating to see you can only use numbers in snake format, and Letter/number combo in a column format.
