Assign an email address to agency staff so they receive the published cover list

e.g. We have a supply teacher from and agency called 'Gillian Sabino' who has an email address 'smh.supply1@ldst.org.uk' - ideally when I publish cover, she would receive, vai email, the cover lessons relevant to her. Thanks Nigel

Exam invigilators (both Internal and External exams) linked with cover Manager, so teachers can be assigned and shows up on their timetable.

The ability to assign invigilators to the exams on both modules, and this linked to Cover Manager so it can be assigned there and shows up on teachers timetables on iSAMs.

Selecting teachers by entering their initials or surname from a drop down list

When creating an absence, it is far more time consuming to scroll down a list than it is to quickly enter staff initials or surname. Can it be made that both methods of selecting a teacher are available please.

Cover an absent teacher with a scheduled teacher and cover their lesson with a free teacher

When a teacher is absent we would like to be able to use a scheduled teacher to cover their lesson and then cover the scheduled teacher's lesson with another staff member

Mark teachers unavailable during Absent and Free periods

It would be helpful to be able block times when staff are unavailable (due to ad hoc meetings etc) during their non-teaching periods. This would prevent them from being allocated cover.

Adding non-teaching staff specifically the librarian to the Cover Manager so we can cover her when absent.

Our students who are on reduced timetables go to the library to work. Usually this is supervised by the dedicated librarian but when she is absent, it would be useful to add her absence to the Cover Manager to allocate the staff covering her. She ...

Ability to change the default page of Cover Manager

Currently the Default cover page is set to "Pre-Prep". We don't use cover manager for Pre-Prep so would like to be able to change this to "Prep" instead

Add exact times to a timetable suspension

The ability to add exact times (e. g. 1pm-4pm) when adding a timetable suspension for a year group in Cover Manager would be really useful, for example when all students in a year are on a trip in the afternoon but are present in the morning.
