In the Wizard Bar, under Teaching Manager, staff can do a quick extract of their set lists. It would be very useful if student school emails was added to the list of limited fields that are available for them to extract.

Would it be possible to add a view within the Subject List that displays both the subjects and their corresponding sets when expanded? This would be good to have a good view of all the sets when expanding all. Mockup:

At the moment, you only see document number, date and who entered invoice to the system. It would be useful to see supplier name, date posted & link to invoice copy on summary screen. Thank you

Is it possible to get a report of users by useage of the portal, I am constantly short of Licenses, and need to see user useage. To make sure the more active users keep their license, and also to see if I still need so many licenses

When you add a single lesson to an existing set timetable, the set name and teacher default into the Teaching set tab of the window. However when you use the Group add feature to add several lessons (for the same set) the info doesn't default in. ...

Could YPO be considered as a supplier for punchout?

It would be useful to be able to send a message to all users when they log on to the system, for example "Order Deadline is XXXX do not enter any orders after this date" Messages could be added/removed or edited as and when required.

There is nothing to prevent a student being inadvertently put into more than one set in a year group for a particular subject. It would be really useful if this could be blocked, or a flag be given, or a pop-up warning or a coloured line in the Ad...

Please can you add a facility to repoll documents for authorisation (Non order invoices and purchase orders) by user rather than having to do it for each individual document.
