Could there be an option for reports being a voice note? We are looking for ways to make our reporting processes more efficient. This would potentially save on proof reading time and add a different kind of personal touch.

Categorize(group) the comments/statements in the Statement bank as well as defining access rights to users for each category.

It would be good to have students blank spaces on timetables be automatically called "Study Period" or something else. Framing these non-taught periods as study periods would certainly help set the right tone.
