Parents/Data admins sometimes enter incorrect email addresses causing a plethora of issues down the road. A bulk email verification or even point of capture check would ensure the validity of addresses capture.

It would be very convenient to be able to copy one pupil's timetable to give it to another. This would be good when a new pupil arrives during the academic year and would save entering them for a number of different classes one by one. Thanks.

When searching periods could you add "Prior Year" as a factory set option.

When reconciling, why do you have to leave the screens when you have reconciled items, Why cant we stay on the reconciliation page to continue reconciling.

'Merge multiple lessons within a period into a single lesson to save space' is an option when printing, exporting or previewing a timetable - please can there be a tick box in Configuration to allow this to be a DEFAULT when editing timetables?

Generate Chase Letters via the Emailer suites. Time consuming to generate, save within the cloud, copy locally to then email out. Would be great if we could email these out from within the Document Emailer suite.

I would like to add logos and correct letterhead formatting and footers to our letter templates so we can merge them and print them straight from isams. I understand this isn't currently possible so please can you consider adding this functionality?

It would be good if fields entered on the enquiry form could be selected to alert on the User Notification emails

Currently it is only possible to export to zip file 100 student timetables at a time, it would be more helpful to be able to select 'page size all' and to be able to export all student timetables in iCAL format into one zip file.
