Paperless recruitment much like the Admissions portal, where potential staff can complete an application form online and attach all relevant CV`s and certification and visa`s etc
To be able to restrict access to PARTS of pages, i.e. other staff to see name, photo etc but not personal details like dates of birth
Many staff want to see names, photos, departments etc of new or existing staff but should be allowed to see DoB etc and other personal details. Can there be a facility to obscure part osf pages not just the binary of restricting whole page or not

Staff "Academic House" available as a field to add to data export and email wizard. Seems odd that there are fields in the system that you cant actually get out onto a spreadsheet.
It would be great if we could manage staff lateness, sickness and absence on the iSAMs HR Manager module. The possibility of exporting a termly/yearly report of staff attendance would help a lot in PPDPs and other meetings.

It would be good if we could automatically generate a data collection/checking sheet in bulk and email out to staff directly from within iSAMS for them to check and amend their details.
Currently no way of managing staff annual leave. Could the functionality of the Cover Module be applied to HR Module. This would allow staff to email a request to their line manager who could approve/deny based on looking at current leave etc.
Ability to add decimal points in Financial Information/Pay/Weeks per Year. Currently set as only 2 digit field
Currently the Weeks Per Year field in the Pay tab (Financial Information section) is set as 2 digit field. Our contracts are calculated using an Essex.Gov.Uk formula meaning staff can be paid for part weeks. Please can this field be changed?
