Posting this as discussed at the Northern User Group. Could there be an easier way to do the data collection from staff, please? Can we share with them what data we hold for them and they could then respond with any changes. Thank you!

It would be good if we could automatically generate a data collection/checking sheet in bulk and email out to staff directly from within iSAMS for them to check and amend their details.

On the Export Wizard option in HR Manager, add additional fields that can be exported into CSV/Excel format. For example the Course information area in Development & Appraisal. We can get some of the information out on Export Staff records but...

As we have multiple schools, it would really be helpful to add the Boarding House field in the search results so it's easier to see which campus the teacher belongs to without having to open their profiles.

Many staff want to see names, photos, departments etc of new or existing staff but should be allowed to see DoB etc and other personal details. Can there be a facility to obscure part osf pages not just the binary of restricting whole page or not

Within HR Manager/Management Options/Pay Scales, could there be a function to record the pay scales annually so historical data can be kept. At the moment you have to overwrite the previous pay scales.

When information like address is updated, the system could keep historical data (previous addresses and date they were changed).
