I want to be able to archive an Activity in each site in one go. Un-mapping will only help me see it as N/A at MAT level, but schools can continue completing, so I need to amend at school level.

Changing an activity description at MAT level should also change at property level
We set our own descriptions on our MAT, if I were to change a description at MAT level. It doesn't take effect at school level even though they are mapped. This then means you have to go into each property and change each description seperately.
Facility to create additional fields within the Every business activities.
If there was an option to create additional fields, for example activity specific instructions, sequence of works or any other relevant information, this could make the delivery of the activity more efficient.
Adding SOS contact and Staff mobile number to batch API
It would be very useful to be able to add pupil SOS contacts and also staff mobile numbers to the BATCH API key. This is crucial for trips and visits co-ordination and are both fields in Evolve, which many school will be using.
