The customer statement in iSAMS parent portal only shows outstanding transactions from iFinance. However, most parents would like to see all their spending and payments in their statement. This has led us to not be able to allocate payments at all...

As this is a requirement, this data is really needed to pull over.

Within iSams we can customise email templates as needed but we have no similar functionality within the various portals. eg. being able to edit the email sent to parents when a detention is authorised.

When using the ALERT option via Registration Manager, a filter to select all (for example, N codes) would be useful like with the Parent Notification Alerts, so that ALL relevant ALERTS to Teaching Staff, could be sent with just a couple of clicks...

To be able to build reports for custom registers, for example we have a KS2 banding field as a register and having this on reports would be helpful.

It would be good if we could automatically generate a data collection/checking sheet in bulk and email out to staff directly from within iSAMS for them to check and amend their details.
