Flag for prolonged absence

If there was a way to have a flag that comes up after a pupil has been off for a select amount of days it would make it easier for staff to be made aware of prolonged absences.

Change to Attendance percentage option in Period View

The attendance percentage figure in the Period View seems to be for the Term only. It will be useful if there is a possibility to change it so that it shows the attendance percentage for the Academic Year instead.

reply all to registration alert emails

We have setup registration alerts so we now get alerted to any students which are missing which is great. It would be even better if there could be an option to "reply all" to the alert email to say the student has been found. At the moment there ...

In the "Search" tab it should be possible to select students narrowed down and an email sent to them or parents. The list should be exportable

Ability to default present code

Default an optional present code to a majority (removing the placement text basically). Easier for teachers to record a minority, for example: the majority are school dinners (default code) with the option to change it to packed lunch.

Student ordered by form instead of family name

Hi when people view the status of registration everyday, it's more convenient to see it in the order of grade/form, not family name. Because people are more familiar with student grade/form, not their family name. Now it looks a little messy.

Recurring leave request

We have students who leave school on one day weekly (e.g. for an off-site sporting commitment), and having the ability for the parents to request this via the Parent Portal Leave Request facility would be a big help!
