Email teachers for a certain Period, by year. For example today we needed to email all year 10 for Period 5 and there was no way to get a message to them.

Could we add the TB onto the Creditors/Debtors report? Makes it easier to compare the 2 at month/year end

Could there be a option to put an end date on the Users On Holiday tick box? Sometimes it can be forgotten to remove the tick once they're back. If the system could automatically do it on the end date entered, this could save some time.
