Would it be possible to have the functionality to include multiple-contacts per 'school record' in this module, and not just the one

We have several sites, each holding medication for pupils. When that pupil no longer needs that medication it would be helpful to be able to delete it from that site. Currently that functionality does not exist so the list of medication keeps grow...

The option to hide a concern category that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the information through.
