It would be useful if the audit trail started with the date that a prospective student record was added to the system, currently the first record in the audit is whenever a field is updated, not when the record was created.

The description field is not long enough - even if you press F8 for more detail to be added, this is applied to the whole document, not individual lines, and for sales invoices cannot be seen by the customer

in V6, you could restrict access to users being ble to move documents from reg to books. theres no way currently to restrict the Move button on REG documents (under Documents - Register Documents)

It would be good if you could click through from an agent to the pupil/applicant details. Saves you finding an agent and a pupil and then having to go into Pupil Manager/Applicant Manager to look up the pupil. I do believe that it would make a lot...
