Sometimes parents email and we do not know who they are when they don't reference student names

At the moment you can set a default VAT code but that applies to every order you place. On Financials you are able to set a default VAT code on a per nominal basis. It would be good if these defaults could carry over to PS Purchasing too.

This would be useful when you need to add the same information to multiple applicants/pupils.
