we need to put expiry date and Manufacturer details for medication stock and inventory. Sometimes it's a requirement from govt. , sometimes it's required for us in order to take some some decesion based on analytics.

It would be really useful if there was a tick option to show school name (and Logo maybe) on badges for pupils when they are on a trip, could this be achievable perhaps?

The GUI's for the Web app and the Portal App are very different. It would be better if they were consistent in their design and functionality. We have an electronic form on the portal but Parents can only access it via the web portal.
