When completing statement reconciliations, customer wanted to view the opening and closing balances as an extra check that the reconciliation is as it should be.

The box would be better as a rectangular (like Medical Notes) as easier to read than the small square it currently is.

As we can upload personalised Student files to the document section of the Parent Portal if we identify each file naming them with the school code, it would be great to do the same when emailing parents, attaching a personalised file to each email.

The ability to add multiple formats/shapes for buttons in a newsletter.

The ability to use preview mode (mobile, tablets, desktop) before publishing a newsletter.

The ability to have simple analytics and reports on previous newsletters.

Add drag-and-drop content blocks to the newsletter to allow greater flexibility and ease of use.
