Add ICP registration No. with hyperlink to the footer of both Parent Portal and Student Portal

SMS History on the Parent Portal would be better if viewed most recent first

We have enabled the Communication History feature on the Parent Portal> My Account menu and notice that the SMS page is sorted from oldest to newest. Can this be sorted from newest to oldest as on the Email History page?
