Parent Portal

At the moment when parents want to see the gradebooks of their children the first thing they see are the oldest grades. It would be nice to have a filter where you can choose what year you want to see the grades of.

Invoices which were already paid still show the Pay now button. Even worse, if parents click on it, they can pay the same invoice again. This is causing many problems for us. Is there a possible solution for this?

This request is from one of our parents. Can they please have the option to download the timetable in a week on a page view in PDF - to stick on the fridge and other useful uses. The PDF download is a page per day which isnt particularly useful.

The Exam Cycle display name c urrently appears as dates, such as ‘July 2025’ x 5 times. Can this be changed on the portal so it shows the board number or name as well as the date, therefore it doesn't appear on glance as duplicate cycles.
