search parents by email

sometimes parents send us emails without mentioning their child's names or their names. It would be great to have an option to search them by their emails.

Make the pupil names gender neutral, not boy or girl

All data to be newest first

invoices and SMS are listed oldest first, reports and emails newest first. All of these should be newest first as parents will normally be interested in the latest info.
