An option to sort out the student by their first name. Even for the staff.

At present there isn't a link back into admissions or pupil manager from the data protection module so when running searches on who we have consent to email about an event, we can't do it through either (any) portal.

It would be really useful to display the HOY initials or staff name on the School Statistics and Reports widget on the Dashboard screen.
