We have different levels of detention (using the detention type field), most staff will only want to put a student into the lower levels so allowing them to pick from an open list of upcoming detentions of every level makes it harder than it need ...

The subtotals should be bold, to make them easier to see in the report. The totals description needs to be left aligned - it looks messy. There also needs to be consistency in the reports with (1500.00) being red instead of sometimes black.

Can we have favourites icons for our dashboard? I used to love the Documents icon, the TB icon and the Reporting Suite icon.... just makes it easier to find things. This new dashboard is not as user friendly as V6.

It would be useful to default the font size in the reports to fit the width of the screen so that the reports can be seen. We can increase the font size, but every time you refresh it defaults to small again. Also having the column titles fixed in...

It would be useful to be able to pick more than one comparative budget. Once we get to Forecast 3, I would like to be able to have Prior Year, Budget, F1, F2 and F3 showing on the report.

It would be useful to be able to save favourite criteria in the different reports, as I use the same criteria each month for Management Accounts, Account Summary, Aged Debtors/Creditors, Balance Sheet, CashFlow etc.... This would be even more help...

Is it possible to set up detentions in a simular way to rewards and conduct so that there is different types of detention so that we could - for example - only publish After School detentions to the parent portal but not lunchtimes ones.

Would it be possible for the detentions lists to link in with attendanceto show absences? As a minimum to indicate that a student was absentfrom school so could not attend - even better if there was somemechanism for moving to next available deten...

Customers (and me) are finding it really irritating to have to constantly resize column widths to be able to read screens / column content. For example within enquiries, maintenance using administration etc.

In discipline manager, we would like to see the option where we can add a student to more than one detention in any given week. At present, the option is only day at a time. We run certain detentions which mean a student can be attending them all ...
