Please may the All Risks and reviews report and the all risk items report be combined to ensure review comments can be pulled through to one report

It would be helpful to be able to modify the incident analytics and reports. For example show incident type and affected party roll so our SLT can easily see groups of incidents or trends such as abuse against staff.

Being able to duplicate an exiting checklist as a template would speed up the creation and consistency of format and layout, particularly where a MAT is using checklists extensively
